For any tools cited in Process & Procedure (above), provide tool material composition and source

Describe how you will document your process. Include hardware references.

Submission Agreement

By submitting an entry to the Artifact Research Foundation Contest, I (“Entrant”) acknowledge and agree that:

1.     I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Official Contest Rules.

2.     My submission is my original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3.     I grant Artifact Research Foundation Inc. a non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and distribute my submission in connection with the Contest and its promotional activities.

4.     I release and discharge Artifact Research Foundation Inc., its officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of my participation.

5.     I understand that if selected as a winner, I must sign a Winner’s Affidavit & Release and comply with all IRS tax reporting requirements before receiving any prize.
